Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities in Salesforce development, integration, and consulting
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outreach and relationship building
• Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and presentations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and deliver accurate sales forecasts
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience as a BDE or Sales Executive in IT or SaaS
• Proven record in Salesforce-related projects or partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of CRM sales cycles and client onboarding
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar tools
Nice to Have
• Salesforce certification (Admin, Sales, or Marketing Cloud)
• Background in software agencies or enterprise SaaS
• Understanding of AI or automation solutions
