Role Overview

We're seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative
with proven experience in the
Web3, blockchain, or crypto
industry. In this role, you'll execute multi-channel outbound sales strategies across
LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and email
to identify and engage potential partners and customers. Your goal will be to qualify leads, book meetings, and drive product demos that contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation across Web3 platforms and communities.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects within the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Stay up to date with Web3 trends, protocols, and ecosystems to engage prospects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in a
    Web3, blockchain, or crypto-related sales role
    .
  • Proven track record of success in
    lead generation, outreach, and pipeline building
    .
  • Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, communities, and key communication channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram, X).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Experience using
    CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
