Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent & Model Casting Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of sourcing and coordinating models for our in-house photo and video shoots. You will be the key link between our creative vision and on-ground execution, ensuring we have the right talent that reflects our brand's luxury and elegance for every campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, scout, and vet potential models from agencies and direct channels to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Manage all model bookings, negotiations on fees, and contractual agreements within the allocated budget.
  • Coordinate closely with the Creative Director and styling team to select models that perfectly fit each campaign's aesthetic.
  • Handle all pre-shoot communication (call sheets, timings, requirements) and serve as the main point of contact for models on shoot days.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with models and agencies to ensure a reliable network and encourage repeat collaborations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in model casting, talent coordination, or a similar role within advertising, fashion, or media.
  • A strong eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of brand identity.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in digital tools like WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs200,000.00 per month
