Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Upwork & Online Bidder to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, submitting proposals, and securing projects on platforms such as Upwork, PPH, and Freelancer. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a keen interest in freelancing and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects across freelancing platforms.
  • Write compelling and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
  • Communicate with clients professionally to understand their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term collaboration.
  • Work closely with the team to develop effective bidding strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Intermediate / A-Level students are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
  • Prior experience in bidding is a plus but not mandatory—fresh candidates are welcome.
