Overview

The Assistant Manager – Operations for Training Services will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of TUV Austria's wide-ranging training offerings across Pakistan. These include ISO standards trainings (e.g., Quality, Environmental, Food Safety), IRCA-accredited lead auditor courses, technical safety training (e.g., working at heights, process & plant safety), and bespoke corporate programs. The role demands excellent coordination with trainers, clients, and internal departments to deliver a high-quality learning experience aligned with TUV's global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Training Operations Management

  • Oversee logistics and execution of training programs—both public and in-house—including scheduling, venue setup (physical or virtual), equipment, trainer assignments, and participant coordination.

Coordination Across Stakeholders

  • Serve as primary liaison between trainers, clients, and internal teams (including certification, sales, and administration) to ensure alignment on program goals, schedules, and resource needs.

Scheduling & Resource Allocation

  • Create and maintain a centralized training calendar. Ensure timely booking of trainers and venues, deliver required materials, and manage resources efficiently.

Performance Monitoring & Quality Improvement

  • Track key performance indicators such as participant satisfaction, completion rates, and feedback trends. Analyze data to identify areas for process enhancements.

Compliance & Standards Assurance

  • Ensure that training delivery meets internal protocols and international best practices. Maintain consistency and compliance across all learning offerings, from IRCA-accredited auditor programs to technical safety courses.

Documentation, Reporting & Feedback

  • Prepare, organize, and archive all training materials, attendance records, certificates, and client feedback. Compile insights into regular operational reports for senior management review.

Revenue Tracking & Payment Coordination

  • Update the revenue tracking sheets with training fees and schedule payment follow-ups with clients and the finance department to ensure timely settlement.

Certificate Issuance & Quality Control

  • Manage the prompt issuance of training certificates (including IRCA lead auditor and other compliance-based certifications). Ensure accuracy and integrity in documentation.

Client Collaboration & Inquiries

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients—addressing inquiries, confirming sessions, and ensuring satisfaction with the training services.

Additional Tasks as Assigned

  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager, which may include initiatives to improve training delivery, adoption of new platforms, or expansion of service offerings.
