About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Business Developer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through lead generation, email marketing, and client outreach. Experience in
IT services, staffing, or staff augmentation
will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through research, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment and marketing teams for staff augmentation and service-based projects.
  • Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Maintain CRM records and track outreach and conversion activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and outreach targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    lead generation, business development, or B2B sales
    (preferably in IT or digital services).
  • Experience in
    email marketing tools
    (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Understanding of
    staff augmentation and IT service models
    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
