Customer Inbound Sales Representative

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing information about our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Confident personality with a sales-driven mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM software experience preferred).
- Prior experience in inbound sales or call center will be a plus.
