Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently handle and resolve student queries and concerns using our ticket system.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to address student inquiries.
  • Oversee and manage the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) portal for students.
  • Ensure that students have access to necessary resources and support within the VLE.
  • Maintain accurate records of issued ID cards and ensure the security of the ID card system.
  • Monitor and manage student attendance records.
  • Collaborate with faculty to address attendance issues and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
  • Assist students in the formation of letters, recommendations, and other official documents.
  • Ensure that these documents are completed accurately and meet the required standards.
  • Manage the student online portal, ensuring that it is up-to-date and user-friendly.

Requirements and skills:

  • 1-3 years experience in registrations & students affairs
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
  • Bachelors or Master-level education in any discipline
  • Relevant experience is required from the university.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
