We are seeking a skilled and confident Sales Manager (Deal Closer) to lead our business acquisition efforts. This role involves converting qualified leads provided by our sales team into long-term clients through effective communication, negotiation, and strategic follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of qualified leads generated by the sales/BD team and convert them into successful deals.
  • Conduct international sales calls and presentations targeting clients in the U.S., Australia, Canada, and the U.K.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored IT and Medical Billing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with the cold calling and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, proposals, and contracts in CRM tools.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international sales or deal closing, preferably in Tech, Healthcare, or Medical Billing services.
  • Proven track record in B2B client acquisition and sales conversion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong understanding of international markets (U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia).
  • Ability to work during U.S. EST night shift hours.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to work independently.
