About Role:

The Network Administrator ensures Mammoth-AI's network remains fast, stable, and secure at all times. The role involves hands-on management of all network devices, proactive troubleshooting, and continuous performance optimization to deliver reliable connectivity across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize office network infrastructure including UDM, UniFi access points, Cisco switches, and ISP fiber integrations.
  • Maintain dual-ISP configuration with redundancy and automatic failover for uninterrupted service.
  • Monitor bandwidth, latency, and uptime using appropriate tools; identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Configure and manage VLANs, routing, VPNs, and firewall rules to maintain network efficiency and data security.
  • Conduct Wi-Fi optimization through signal analysis, AP tuning, and channel management.
  • Coordinate with ISPs to ensure SLA compliance and escalate outages promptly.
  • Implement network redundancy, backup, and disaster-recovery measures aligned with company policies.
  • Support and expand call-center network setup to ensure reliable VoIP quality and future scalability.
  • Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration backup.
  • Ensure network operations comply with ISO 27001 information-security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of switching, routing, VLANs, and wireless technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti (UDM/UniFi), Cisco, or MikroTik equipment.
  • Understanding of VPNs, QoS, and network-security best practices.
  • Relevant certifications preferred: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, MikroTik MTCNA/MTCRE, or Ubiquiti UEWA.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 or equivalent compliance frameworks.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings or nights.
