Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Network and Support Engineer to manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of network security, firewalls, system administration, and user management, with hands-on experience in Active Directory and Windows Server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company networks, servers, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches.
  • Implement and maintain network and system security policies, ensuring data protection and access control.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user account creation, permission management, and group policies.
  • Monitor network traffic and identify potential threats or vulnerabilities.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and patch management.
  • Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain IT documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and data security standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, and system security.
  • Strong knowledge of firewall configuration (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, or Palo Alto).
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with system security tools, antivirus, and intrusion prevention systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ will be a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in system virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
  • Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.

Pay: Rs100, Rs160,000.00 per month
