Key Responsibilities

· Ensure timely and accurate customer invoice generation.

· Handle all documentation and compliance requirements under the Sales Tax Act.

· Ensure compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations and reporting.

· Maintain accurate sales tax records and filing.

· Coordinate with finance, sales, and audit teams for smooth transaction flow.

· Assist in periodic reconciliations and audits relating to sales tax.

· Identify process improvements to strengthen compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial operations, invoicing, or taxation.

· Strong knowledge of Sales Tax Act, FBR rules, and invoicing procedures.

· Proficiency in SAP (or other ERP systems) and MS Excel.

· Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
