We are seeking a seasoned, visionary, and results-driven General Manager to lead the full spectrum of operations at our co-working facilities. This is a pivotal leadership role with accountability for P&L performance, operational excellence, brand growth, and community engagement.
The General Manager will serve as the strategic right hand to ownership, ensuring that our space not only operates smoothly but scales as a market-leading brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Take full P&L ownership, driving profitability, cost efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
- Develop and execute business strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue streams, and customer lifetime value.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Translate market trends into actionable growth initiatives.
Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure seamless daily operations across co-working spaces.
- Implement SOPs for efficiency, service quality, and safety compliance.
- Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers to guarantee top-tier service standards.
- Continuously optimize facilities to deliver a professional, modern, and welcoming environment.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Mentor a high-performing team across administration, community, and support functions.
- Establish a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs for staff performance and service delivery.
Sales, Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Drive membership sales by leading tours, negotiations, and key client relationships.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee digital presence and leverage social platforms for community and lead generation.
- Explore upselling opportunities to maximize revenue per member.
Community Development & Experience
- Position the space as more than a workplace—build a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs, freelancers, and professionals.
- Curate events, workshops, and networking opportunities that strengthen community bonds.
- Ensure customer feedback is proactively gathered, analyzed, and translated into service enhancements.
Finance & Compliance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to ownership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and HSE standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or Real Estate (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience in co-working, hospitality, serviced offices, or a related sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L, driving growth, and building high-performance teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech-savvy with command over CRM, property management, or coworking software.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
