Job Title: Full-Time Lead Generation Specialist

Industry: Life Insurance

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7

Schedule: Ideally close to a 9–5 schedule (US Time zone)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to help build and manage a complete lead generation operation for a growing life insurance business. This is a full-time role with flexibility in hours, focused on consistently generating high-quality leads and delivering them to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize lead generation strategies for the life insurance business
  • Use LinkedIn and other online marketing channels to identify, connect with, and qualify leads
  • Manage and continuously improve the lead generation pipeline
  • Forward qualified leads to the client for follow-up and conversion
  • Track and report performance metrics for campaigns and lead quality
  • Collaborate closely with the client to refine strategies and meet growth goals

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation (insurance industry experience is a big plus, but not required)
  • Strong understanding of online marketing, particularly LinkedIn lead generation
  • Ability to work independently and build a lead gen process from the ground up
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
