Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer email inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with sales inquiries, providing detailed information about our packaging products and services.
  • Process customer orders and provide confirmations, updates, and follow-ups as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products based on customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in packaging or related industries.
  • Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using email platforms, CRM systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
