IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible to oversee Credit Management & Bad Debt Recovery functions across all regions of PTCL.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Devise recovery strategy for the credit management department in alignment with overall business strategy, goals and vision of organization. Ensure that timelines, goals and KPIs are being met.
  • Supervise credit management functions including but not limited to Pre-sales verification, Collection, CMP implementation, Adjustment Management and bad debt/CPE collection from default.
  • Introduce and document various Policies & Procedures to bring innovation, efficiency and effectiveness in Recovery of receivable (Default).
  • Devise internal controls and governance strategies for smooth functioning of operations. Establish cost effective ways to enhance governance of Recovery operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical and financial standards. Ensure proper policy and procedure enforcement to increase collection from Bad debt.
  • Monitor and coordinate the activities of all regional teams to achieve regional, zonal and overall targets assigned by the management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • Minimum MBA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent from a reputable university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably with cellular service provider
  • Advance level of understanding (Telco business) is required
