Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Assistant Director – Media & Media Marketing
to lead media strategies and marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand identity and business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and manage both digital and traditional media campaigns that reflect the dynamic nature of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated media and marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Plan, manage, and publish engaging content across digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and refine strategies based on audience insights.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaign execution.
  • Oversee media budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all media channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in media planning, digital marketing, or content strategy.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads), and analytics platforms.
  • Strong creative thinking, communication, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in design/content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
