We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager
with proven expertise in acquiring
inbound and outbound tech support campaigns from the international market
. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients and brokers, a deep understanding of the outsourcing landscape, and the ability to onboard profitable campaigns for our call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard inbound and outbound international campaigns (U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, Gulf, etc.).

  • Leverage existing network and contacts to secure tech support and customer service campaigns.

  • Negotiate pricing models, SLAs, and terms with clients/brokers.

  • Act as the bridge between clients and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Monitor campaign profitability and ensure alignment with client requirements.

  • Build long-term partnerships with international clients and BPO brokers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in BPO/call center business development.

  • Proven track record of bringing international inbound/outbound campaigns.

  • Strong contacts in the international outsourcing market (especially tech support).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Understanding of call center operations, dialers, CRM tools, and tech support processes.

  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
