About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Client Implementation & Success Executive to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and manage long-term client satisfaction. This role bridges the gap between business development, operations, and clients—ensuring successful project kick-offs and ongoing service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the 
    onboarding process
     for new clients, ensuring smooth transition and setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Billing, IT, Operations, etc.) to align deliverables with client requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients on processes and tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, feedback, and escalations.
  • Track client performance metrics and ensure 
    KPIs/SLAs
     are being met.
  • Proactively identify risks and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in 
    Client Success / Implementation
    (preferably in US Healthcare or Medical Billing).
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work in 
    US shift timings
    .
