We're Hiring – Customer Success Executives
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving growth?
Join our dynamic Digital Marketing Company and become part of a fast-growing team that values performance and success.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Shift: Night (7 PM – 4 AM)
Compensation: Up to PKR 120,000 Base Salary + KPIs + Sales Commission
Onsite Position
What You'll Be Doing:
• Retaining and nurturing existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication
• Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
What We're Looking For:
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Prior experience in customer success or sales (preferred)
A goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
