and OneSkin are fast-growing skincare and beauty e-commerce platforms committed to delivering quality products to our customers. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will drive growth through data-backed performance campaigns and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-intent traffic to the website through paid and organic media channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms to achieve revenue and ROAS targets.
  • Lead seasonal campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to optimize website and landing pages for conversions, including suggesting creative directions and feature improvements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in A/B testing of creatives, copies, and landing pages to identify top-performing combinations.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with inventory and sales goals.
  • SEO skills are a bonus for driving organic growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or beauty/skincare industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and digital funnels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and derive insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO will be an advantage.
