Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns within the operations department.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff to address issues and maintain positive employee relations.
- Maintain accurate records of operations department personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

- Must have 01-year experience In HR.
