We provide permit-ready drawings and documentation required for regulatory approvals and project submissions. We design Parking lots, Multi-level Garages, Truck Parking Facilities, and Logistics Spaces, Yachts Marianas as well as creative structures such as Gazebos, Huts, and Converted shipping containers. At AR.C.S, we deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective architectural services, helping clients bring their projects to life with confidence and clarity.

Role Description

This is a Part-time remote role for an Architect which is to create our Creative Pool for future. The Architect will be responsible for Reviewing architectural designs & detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating project submissions, and ensuring adherence to client requirements and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing design ideas, collaborating with clients and team members, integrating design solutions, and overseeing project management from initial planning to final submission.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Loom, Google drive and Google suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's in Architecture or a related field
