About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager (CFO-level) to lead the entire financial operations of our growing travel group. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial functions — from accounting and reporting to planning, controls, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts Department.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance and advise management on risk management and cost control.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (ACCA / CA finalist preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, ERP systems, and P&L control.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
