Key Responsibilities
:

·       Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

·       Lead and manage the banking sales team to effectively promote services, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

·       Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence and increase customer base.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and maximize revenue opportunities.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.

·       Close coordination with bank leads in Pakistan.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.

· Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on business performance, key initiatives, and market insights.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all business activities.

·       Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the business team.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
  • Ability to manage resources effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ACCA OR CA Qualified
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
