Role Overview:

The
Sales and Operations Executive
will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales and operational activities related to travel agent coordination, bookings, refunds, and vendor management. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with travel agents and respond to their queries promptly.
  • Maintain travel agent deposits and vendor deposit records.
  • Track and monitor travel agent bookings and handle refund processes.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or system errors to the manager.
  • Support daily content management and conduct market comparisons.
  • Assist with GSA coordination and handle related contract documentation.
  • Visit travel agents to maintain relationships and promote services.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner and strong team player.
  • Knowledge of
    GDS systems
    (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Understanding of
    B2B travel portals
    such as
    TDS, DOTW, Rezlive
    , and others.
  • Prior experience working in or with a
    travel agency
    environment will be an advantage.
