Job Description

We are offering an exciting Management Trainee Officer - Executive Coordination for motivated individuals who want to build their careers in corporate leadership support.

As an MTO – Executive Coordinator, you will undergo on-the-job learning while supporting our CEO in managing daily schedules, facilitating communication, and handling executive-level tasks from our Karachi-based office. This role is designed to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to international business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to manage and coordinate the CEO's daily calendar across multiple time zones.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing virtual meetings (Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams).
  • Draft and manage professional email correspondence under guidance.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
  • Document meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Maintain well-organized records and digital documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Trello, Notion, or Asana (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Tech-savvy mindset with adaptability to new tools and processes

Experience Level

  • Entry-level (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
