Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management:
    Design, implement, and manage the company's performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI to analyze HR data, generate performance reports, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
  • HR Operations:
    Oversee and optimize daily HR operational activities, ensuring all processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
  • Employee Relations:
    Serve as a point of contact for performance-related inquiries and provide guidance to managers and employees on best practices for performance improvement.
  • Policy Development:
    Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures related to performance management and talent development.
  • Training & Development:
    Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and contribute to the creation of development plans to address performance gaps.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    A minimum of 16 years of education in Human Resources Management BBA or MBA from a reputable Institute.
  • Experience:
    4-7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Must have a strong command of advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
