We are looking for confident and fluent English-speaking female callers to communicate with exhibition organizers in different countries. The primary role is to contact international exhibition centers, book stalls, and coordinate the setup of promotional displays for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make professional outbound calls to exhibition centers worldwide.
  • Inquire about stall availability, pricing, and booking requirements.
  • Coordinate and arrange stall setup or window installation for exhibitions.
  • Maintain records of all communication and follow up with organizers.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English.

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and polite phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of international exhibitions or willingness to learn.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or event coordination.
  • Comfortable making calls to different countries and time zones.
