Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Karachi. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and targeting new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, providing product knowledge to customers, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Understanding of automotive and industrial lubricants or related industry products
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work under deadlines
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales management technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience in the lubricant or automotive industry is a strong plus
