About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven
Head of SEO

to lead and scale our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive traffic, improve rankings, and generate measurable business results. You will lead a team of SEO specialists, content strategists, and technical marketers to enhance our digital visibility and authority across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive
    SEO strategy

aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct in-depth
keyword research

- Lead all aspects of

optimization.
- Oversee
website audits

to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, and indexation.
- Collaborate with

to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all platforms.
- Manage

to strengthen domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze
SEO performance metrics

(traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated with
search engine algorithm changes

and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Lead and mentor the SEO team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Prepare regular
performance reports

and present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a
    leadership or managerial role
