Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and configuring HubSpot CRM, ensuring optimal use of its features and functionality.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations with other platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues with HubSpot and other connected tools.
  • Analyze business processes and suggest automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work with databases and maintain data integrity, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards to track performance and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Strong foundation in database management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and automation tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
