We are looking for a confident, professional, and dynamic female Sales Executive to join our fintech team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales or business development, excellent English communication skills, and preferably a background in fintech, banking, or payment solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop effective sales strategies, engage with potential clients, and help expand our payment gateway's market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract and onboard new clients.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and close deals with merchants, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Deliver professional presentations and product demos to clients in fluent English.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and fintech innovations.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
  • Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Understanding of payment gateways, digital payments, or merchant onboarding is a strong plus.
