We are seeking an experienced
Senior Fintech Tech Lead
to head the development of innovative financial technology platforms using
and the MERN stack
. This role requires a blend of
technical expertise, leadership capability, business analysis proficiency, and client account servicing excellence
. The ideal candidate will lead product engineering initiatives, work directly with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Technical Leadership & Development

  • Lead architecture, design, and development of fintech platforms using
    , , MongoDB, and

  • Build and maintain scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and implementation of efficient CI/CD pipelines.
  • Make technology recommendations aligned with fintech industry trends and compliance requirements.

Product & Business Alignment

  • Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct system analysis, feasibility assessments, and provide strategic input on platform enhancements.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps with a focus on customer needs, regulatory compliance, and market competitiveness.

Team Management

  • Mentor developers and lead Agile Scrum teams in sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Monitor project timelines, mitigate risks, and drive successful delivery within deadlines.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in:

  • Experience building
    RESTful APIs
    , microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong understanding of
    cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    and DevOps workflows.
  • Experience in

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on development experience
    with at least
    3+ years in a lead/architect role within the fintech industry

  • Experience leading development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications in cloud computing, fintech, or project management are a plus.
