Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer all national and international calls daily with politeness and professionalism.
  • Maintain a detailed log of visitors, calls, and attendance records.
  • Perform general reception duties, ensuring the front desk area remains presentable at all times.
  • Organize and file data, and ensure all records are kept up to date.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources department to maintain and circulate various structured documents and reports as required.
  • Ensure personal grooming and professional presentation at all times.

Requirements:

  • Confident and active personality with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable appearance with a customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
