We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relation Officer
to manage client interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure an excellent service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, CRM, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Experience in customer service or client support (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
