About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Alumni Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our alumni community, organizing engagement initiatives, and supporting alumni-related programs to strengthen the bond between the institution and its graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance alumni engagement and networking opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate alumni events, reunions, and outreach activities.
  • Manage alumni database, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for alumni-related initiatives and communications.
  • Create newsletters, social media content, and reports highlighting alumni achievements and activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni queries and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Event planning and coordination experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools or databases.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
