We are hiring a B2B Business Development Manager with strong experience in international IT contracts and staff augmentation sales. The candidate will focus on selling dedicated resources (AI/ML Engineers, Mobile App Developers, Web Developers) to international clients and recruitment agencies under long-term B2B contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and approach B2B clients, recruitment firms, and IT companies looking for remote or offshore developers.
  • Build a pipeline of international opportunities in need of dedicated resources for AI/ML, Web, and Mobile development.
  • B2B Contracting & Negotiation:
  • Pitch resource-based models (monthly billing, hourly rates, full-time dedicated developer models).
  • Negotiate and close international staffing contracts, retainers, or long-term outsourcing agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish trust with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers in international markets (USA, UK, EU, Middle East).
  • Maintain long-term client relationships with regular check-ins, reporting, and upselling of additional resources.
  • Resource Coordination:
  • Understand available talent within Paklogics across AI, mobile, web, and SaaS domains.
  • Match suitable profiles with client needs, coordinate technical interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on international recruitment trends, IT staffing demand, and remote hiring practices.
  • Monitor competition and identify gaps for Paklogics' dedicated team offerings.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B tech sales, international staffing, or resource-based outsourcing.
  • Must have experience selling dedicated developers in AI/ML, mobile app, and web technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of international recruitment patterns, remote hiring practices, and staff augmentation models.
  • Excellent English communication skills — must be confident in video meetings, emails, and professional follow-ups.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, contract drafting, and proposal building for international clients.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
