Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead our SEO strategy, drive organic growth, and improve our online visibility across search engines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics, along with the ability to manage and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

-Experience: 8+ years

-Excellent English Speaking and Writing skills

-Location: Block 3, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan

-Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.

-Excellent understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building techniques.

-Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.

-Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee on-page optimization including meta tags, internal linking, schema markup, and content recommendations.
  • Manage technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, etc.).
  • Plan and execute link-building and outreach campaigns using white-hat techniques.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics (traffic, ranking, conversions).
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.
