In this role, you will own our YouTube strategy end-to-end. You will have the autonomy to directly impact our international clients' growth through data, creativity, and proven SEO techniques, seeing the real-time results of your work in analytics and performance metrics.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and execute the complete YouTube SEO and growth strategy, optimizing all metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  • Use YouTube Analytics, GA4, and tools like TubeBuddy or vidIQ to analyze performance, boost reach, watch time, and viewer retention.
  • Run systematic A/B tests on thumbnails, titles, and CTAs to continuously improve click-through rates and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva to produce high-converting video content.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities and refine our content playbook.

This Role is a Great Fit For You If You Have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in YouTube channel growth, video SEO, or a similar digital marketing role.
  • A strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm and a proven ability to improve key metrics like CTR, retention, and subscriber growth.
  • Practical experience with A/B testing frameworks and using data to make informed optimization decisions.
  • Collaboration experience with editors and designers in a creative team environment.
  • Availability for the full-time, on-site night shift in Karachi.
