As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving sales through customer relationship management. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that promote satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage their accounts.
  • Identify and assess clients' needs to provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Promote and sell company products and services based on client requirements.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Advisor, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
