We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Consultant to support our growth objectives by developing and executing strategies that attract, qualify, and convert high-quality leads. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing lead generation campaigns, implementing best practices in prospecting and nurturing, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage B2B lead generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline opportunities.

Identify and define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target accounts within assigned markets.

Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and calling sequences.

Support inbound lead generation initiatives through content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid campaigns.

Build and maintain prospect databases, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and enrichment.

Implement and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lemlist).

Create effective messaging, outreach scripts, and nurturing sequences tailored to target audiences.

Partner with sales teams to qualify leads, schedule meetings, and optimize conversion from prospect to customer.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.

Continuously test and refine strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or business development.

Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

Demonstrated ability to create and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within SaaS, technology, or professional services industries preferred.
