We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to work remotely with our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at sourcing qualified, buying-intent leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Yelp, and other platforms. This is a performance-driven role where you earn more as your leads convert.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality, verified leads that match our target criteria.
  • Source leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Yelp, and other online platforms.
  • Consistently deliver 3,000–5,000 qualified leads per month (minimum 1,000+ per week).
  • Accurately input and update all leads into our CRM system, including full details (name, company, designation, email, phone, etc.).
  • Ensure proper tagging and notes in the CRM for tracking and conversion.
  • Provide weekly progress updates and ensure leads meet quality standards.

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: PKR 20,000/month (fixed)
  • Performance Bonus: PKR 2,000 for every lead that successfully converts into a client

Example Earnings:

  • 10 converted leads in a month → PKR 20,000 + PKR 20,000 = PKR 40,000
  • 20 converted leads in a month → PKR 20,000 + PKR 40,000 = PKR 60,000
  • 30 converted leads in a month → PKR 20,000 + PKR 60,000 = PKR 80,000

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or data research.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Yelp, and other lead sources.
  • Ability to use CRM systems for inputting and managing leads.
  • Excellent attention to detail in collecting, validating, and formatting data.
  • Ability to meet weekly and monthly targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and disciplined to work remotely.
