Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager (Sales Hiring Focus) located in Rawalpindi. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for sales positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing hiring strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also oversee onboarding processes and work closely with the sales team to understand their hiring needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality sales talent.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines through various channels (job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct initial screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position the company as a top choice for sales professionals.
- Maintain HR records, employee contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee retention strategies and manage basic HR functions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in recruiting and hiring salespeople
(minimum 2–3 years). - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools and MS Office.
