
Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager Business Development with proven experience in IT Sales and Warehousing Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. He should have a strong professional network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive sales in IT services and warehousing solutions.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Leverage strong market contacts to generate leads and close business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, business opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly track, monitor, and report on sales performance against targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales and Warehousing Solutions.
- Strong professional network and established contacts in the market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
