Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement CRM automation workflows.
- Integrate third-party apps and APIs with CRM platforms.
- Optimize processes to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CRM automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
in CRM automation (GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms). - Strong understanding of workflow automation and API integrations.
- Knowledge of databases, triggers, and advanced CRM features.
- Ability to work onsite in
Model Town Link Road, Lahore
. - Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset.
