Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Accountant located in Lahore. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, completing tax returns, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks will include reconciling accounts, managing invoices, processing payroll, and supporting the finance team with audits and other financial activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in handling tax returns and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Competence in reconciling accounts, managing invoices, and processing payroll
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
