Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Females only)
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Working Schedule: 4 PM to 1 AM (Mon to Fri)
Role Overview
We're looking for an ambitious, proactive individual to join our business development team. This is an outreach-heavy role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.
- Send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects daily.
- Maintain CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and track responses.
- Schedule discovery calls and follow up with prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and BD team to refine outreach strategies.
- Assist in preparing client decks, proposals, and reports as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in the relevant field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Bonus: Experience with market research, SaaS, or recruitment industries.
