About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven SaaS Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and demonstrate technology solutions to potential clients.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving customer acquisition, building relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for the company's SaaS products.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored SaaS solutions that meet business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce).
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging SaaS technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in SaaS or B2B software sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and digital prospecting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience selling to international clients (especially US, UK, or Australian markets) is an advantage.
