About the Job:

We are seeking a highly accomplished
Head of SEO
with 8
+ years of experience
in driving large-scale organic growth across global markets. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in leading enterprise-level SEO strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning SEO efforts with business objectives. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and own the
    global SEO vision and strategy
    to drive long-term business growth.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert, advising C-level executives and senior leadership on SEO's role in achieving overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of SEO managers, analysts, and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Enterprise SEO Management

  • Oversee SEO for
    large, complex websites
    (multi-region, multi-language, multi-platform).
  • Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to embed SEO into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  • Build and scale advanced
    technical SEO frameworks
    (indexation strategies, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, international hreflang structures, etc.).

Content & Brand Authority

  • Drive enterprise-level content strategies to dominate high-value keywords and industry topics.
  • Collaborate with PR and brand teams to strengthen
    E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
    signals.
  • Develop partnerships and link acquisition strategies to expand digital footprint and domain authority.

Data, Tools & Reporting

  • Establish
    advanced SEO analytics dashboards
    and frameworks to track KPIs, ROI, and business impact.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, tools, and agencies, ensuring best-in-class SEO technology adoption.
  • Present regular performance updates, competitor benchmarking, and forward-looking insights to the board and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years
    of progressive SEO and digital marketing experience.
  • Proven success in leading SEO for
    enterprise-level websites
    (1M+ monthly visits, global presence).
  • Demonstrated ability to
    scale SEO operations internationally
    (multi-country, multi-language).
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, content marketing, site architecture, and analytics.
  • Strong track record of
    building and leading SEO teams
    (in-house and agency).
  • Advanced knowledge of tools: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Botify, BrightEdge, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
  • Solid understanding of how SEO integrates with
    paid media, social, content, and product marketing
    .
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    MBA or advanced degree preferred
    .
